We value transparency, so here’s a step-by-step breakdown of our production and shipping process:

Each piece is made just for you, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process—from the initial design phase to when your order is on its way.


Shipping Information

  • Standard Shipping Fee (Safe Delivery - Custom Orders): $5.90
  • Shipping times vary based on your location and local carrier services.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Since each piece is custom-made, we begin processing your order immediately after confirmation. For this reason, modifications and cancellations are not possible.

If you wish to return an item, you can initiate the returns process after receiving it—please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details.


Tracking & Missing Orders

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3 days for tracking details to update.

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check with your local carrier to confirm the delivery location.
  2. Look around your property (sometimes, packages are placed in secure areas).
  3. If the issue persists, contact us at info@getloode.com, and we’ll assist you in resolving the matter.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we take every measure to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition, Loode Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, we recommend:

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
