At Loode Jewelry, each piece is crafted with care and personalized just for you. Due to the custom nature of our designs, we can only issue refunds for orders that have not yet been processed.
If your order has already been shipped, we offer exchanges instead of refunds. Our priority is to ensure you absolutely love your jewelry, so if you have any concerns, please reach out to us at info@getloode.com—we’re always happy to assist on a case-by-case basis.

To complete an exchange, we require proof of purchase.
Cancellations & Refunds
If your order is eligible for cancellation and refund, we will notify you via email once your request has been received and processed. You will also be informed of the approval or denial of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping for Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please contact us before sending your item back.
Processing times for exchanged items may vary based on your location. If you’re returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
